The following chart may seem too "busy". But, the HCV question may come on referral cases in which there is partial test data from a number a number of different labs. Or the issue may come up as one evaluates a liver biopsy containing an HCV-type clue (and then the pathologist either goes in search of prior lab results or suggests or orders new testing.
