Anti-LPA is an autoantibody which has been said to be found in some liver diseases...previously accepted as a marker of autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) type III when associated with anti-LKM. AIH type III

• autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) type III (as of CY 2001, only types I & II AIH are recognized categories).
