  • difficulty getting your breath; hyperventilation
  • smothering or choking sensation
  • tingling or numbness of hands, feet, or face
  • nausea or upset stomach or vomiting
  • sudden feelings of panic
  • hot flashes or cold chills; "jelly legs" or imbalance
  • shaking or trembling of hands or legs
  • feelings of "unreal" or "out-of-body" episodes
  • chest pain, pressure, or discomfort
  • sweating episodes; diarrhea attacks
  • feelings of losing control, needing to scream, "its all in my head", "I might go insane", "I might die".
