Photo of biopsy "wad" in the plastic cassette.
One or more loose biopsies, loose in the cassette, allow biopsy-fragment
loss amongst the paraffin at embedding time. There is no orientation
at all!! These cores are subsequently removed from the last paraffin
wax processing bath and dropped as a cluster into the metal embedding
boat...again, as a "wad", totally unoriented.
