- Can't concentrate; can't cope; feel helpless, hopeless, depressed.
- Always tired.
- Watch too much TV.
- Often irritable or angry; can't control temper.
- Diet has deteriorated: eat too much or too little; eat too many
fats or too much salt or sugar.
- Have trouble sleeping: don't get enough sleep or sleep too much...still
feel tired.
- Smoking more; drinking more alcohol and/or caffeine; or, using
more drugs than usual.
- Have frequent headaches, backaches, skin rashes, stomach aches.
- Grind teeth.
- Never time for leisurely talks with family and friends.
- Have cut back on exercise.
- Family tensions are increased: increased fussing and fighting,
decreased interest in sex, loss of relationship enjoyment.
- Seem to be more sickly with colds, viruses, etc. than usual.
