allergic contact & irritant contact hobby or occupational; unlikely if both of hands & feet involved yes   maybe maybe spongiosis likely (and "colloid keratosis" may be the reflection of it)
atopic hay fever, asthma, easily irritated skin, few siblings pink   very much so yes, usually (flexor forearms; mons pubis) spongiosis likely (and "colloid keratosis" may be the reflection of it)
psoriasis     scaley, pink, & with pustules seen at some time or other no maybepolys layered between keratocytes at pustule periphery is nearly diagnostic4 [L07-2586]; psoriatic (or may be obscurred by complicating dyshidrosis or irritant [S-06-11234]) features sometimes; colloid keratosis unlikely unless psoriatic complicated by other factors; prior treatment can "blunt" diagnostic histologic features [S09-8674].
other, congenital palmar plantar keratoderma has been a problem almost whole life          
other acquired palmar plantar keratodermas (such as PRP)           yes, a help
cutaneouis T-cell lymphomas (CTCLs)           yes, a help
  1. hyperkeratotic fissured hand and foot eczema
  2. idiopathic hyperkeratotic hand & foot eczema
  3. dyshydrotic hand & foot eczema
  4. plantar keratoderma climactericum
          spongiosis likely (and "colloid keratosis" may be the reflection of it)
tinea dermatophytosis           yeast &/or hyphae seen
