| In a general surgical pathology practice, many different types
of lesions are removed over concern that they might be a malignant
skin tumor (or a cosmetic concern...but probably not malignant).
For fear that the below website might be discontinued, I lifted this outline
from reference #1 in about 2006, below for a beginning. It did change; and digging into the photos & diagnoses requires registration as of the end of 2008 (I have not yet deleted the links for each item. |
